Pyro Guys, are Shy Guys that have been caught on fire. They first appeared in Yoshi's Island. If Yoshi ate one he could breathe fire 3 times. Pyro Guys can run faster than normal Shy Guys. In Paper Mario they were weak to ice, were fast and ran in a group
In Bowser's Kingdom, Shy Guy often get set on fire as a recurring gag, however were originally normal variations. In the seventh episode, a single Pyro Guy appears as the lighting of the Shy Guy torch at the Villain Olympics.
